Our entire production line from yarn extruding, weaving, coating to finishing with all imported facilities and raw material ensured JLY plastic is capable to produce various sizes, color, and weight tarpaulin product, having a capacity of 1000ton per month, and annual sales of 45 million US dollars.
Our products are made from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE which provides excellent water resistance, tear resistance, mildew resistance, durable working life and strength while remaining light weight and easy to handle, other functions such as flame retardant, Anti-UV, matte finished are available as buyer¡¯s requirement. Differ from other tarpaulin factories, JLY plastic have a wide range product weight from 40gsm to 400gsm and maximum fabric width up to 3.2 meters.
